A sine wave generator that includes an audio (20 to 20000 Hz) and video (1 to 10 MHz) range. The main oscillator stage is generally an RC type oscillator or a differential frequency oscillator. In order to facilitate testing the frequency characteristics of the system, it is required that the output amplitude frequency characteristics be flat and the waveform distortion be small.
High frequency signal generator
A high-frequency signal generator with a frequency of 100 kHz to 30 MHz and a very high-frequency signal generator with a frequency of 30 MHz to 300 MHz. Generally, a LC tuned oscillator is used, and the frequency can be read out by the dial scale of the tuning capacitor. The main purpose is to measure the technical specifications of various receivers. The output signal can be amplitude modulated or frequency modulated by an internal or external low-frequency sinusoidal signal to attenuate the output carrier frequency voltage to less than 1 microvolt.
